Contact me Feb. 2025 after I have more to say.
I already have 2 pairs of 8" shearling lined boots (special editions) and love wearing them for terrain that is duck hunting small creeks, or forested hills grouse or deer hunting. Basically any hiking that is not higher altitude, steep and rocky where a substantial leather boot is desired. So I thought a 10" boot (basically the same) would be great for deeper snow, crossing small stream riffles, and a bit steeper hills. I have worn these boots around a bit, but I just recently got them, and this Fall-Winter 2024 is when they will get used. Contact me in Feb. 2025 and I will write more "on the ground". Bury me with them.
I love these so much. Yes, they're comfortable (ridiculously so), but they're super capable, too. During like, an ice storm, something with a beefier tread would probably be called for but otherwise? These will easily take on the best and worst of winter.

These boots are better than advertised: they are comfortable in any weather condition, fit perfectly, and have great grip even on slick surfaces...I couldn't even slide on the ice if I tried. Let's not even get into the coziness of the Shearling lining. A+ on this product!
